Our Mission Statement

We acknowledge that Arbutus Park Retirement Community is not "a home," but many homes, all indelibly stamped by the personalities of their occupants.

We seek to restore those in our care to their fullest potential, both mentally and physically.

We seek, with loving hearts, to provide high quality person-centered care.

We seek, through in-service and continuing education programs, a better understanding and practice of our Nursing Arts.

We seek and invite the contributions of all personnel in our search for knowledge.

We seek a continuing growth in our profession that we may better respond to resident needs.

We seek to maintain a cooperative team spirit, supported by fair and equitable personnel policies.

We seek the Guidance of a Divine Providence in the performance of our daily tasks.
