- Rehabilitation Therapy
Independent Living:
- 75 Cottages and Town Houses
- 60 HUD Income-based Apartments (48 Efficiencies and 12 One-bedroom units)

- Former First Bible Conference Campground established in 1903
- Arbutus Park Manor incorporated in 1967
- Manor building opened in 1973
- East Wing, Chapel and Community Room constructed in 1978
- Doerr Wing opened in 1984
- Crossroads (Alzheimer’s Unit) dedicated in 1993
- Personal Care opened in 1996
- Manor Expansion (6,300 sq.ft. building) and Renovation Project
  completed in 2007
