Apartments

The apartments are on one floor and minimum age for entrance is 62 years. In case of a couple, one must be at least 62 years of age. Handicapped persons under 62 years of age can be admitted. Each of the two apartment buildings has two lounge areas, a laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers, and assigned storage areas. Persons living in the apartments can make arrangements to take any or all of their meals in the dining room at the Manor or have meals delivered to their apartments. The meals' costs are nominal. Van service for trips to the grocery stores are available bimonthly, while local transit buses stop on the grounds on a daily schedule.


48 EFFICIENCY APARTMENTS
These apartments are for one person and consist of a living room/bedroom combination, kitchenette, and bath. Rent is based on 30% of the tenants monthly income with the minimum base rent set by HUD (Housing Urban Development) and is currently is $268/month. This includes maintenance, taxes, insurance, and all utilities except telephone and cable television connections. These services are available at the resident's own expense. A stove, refrigerator, wall-to-wall carpeting and drapery rods are furnished.

12 ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS
These apartments include a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. Base rent is $320/month. This includes maintenance, taxes, insurance, and all utilities except telephone and cable television connection. These services are available at the resident's own expense.
